Combe Junior Cricket

The Junior cricket section was formed in 2000 and was mainly made up of footballers in the then under 11's and 12's teams. Within three years we went from having one junior team to having three and we now run junior teams in age groups under 11's, 13's, 15's and 17's.

Since the year 2000 we have won the Gaunlet Global trophy (under 13's) once and been runners up twice, won the Ron Maudsley Trophy (under 13's) once, been under 15's County quarterfinalists and also feature in the County under 11's competition.

We have also got a healthy record of producing County and District players, that continue playing for the club and have successfully represented Oxfordshire in all age groups from under 10's, right through to under 17's.

As a club, we do pay attention to developing players individually, as well as encouraging team play and are keen to introduce them to all aspects of the game in a friendly but competitive manner.
